Co-designing the validated ESG4VET programme for VET Trainers
WP2 Aims:
- Collect, analyse, record, and share best practices, policies, strategies, recommendation and operational frameworks related to the adoption of sustainable ESG policies which are applicable for SMEs /start-ups for shared learning and exchange of successful practices through the development of an EU Virtual Map on ESG compliance based on Google maps
- Share experience, suggestions, requirements, demands, challenges and procedures for ESG compliance in the labour market through recording video podcasts with ESG expert
- Develop the ESG4VET index on green, social and governance terms to ensure common and consistent understanding by proving clear definitions and enhancing communication between VET TRAINERS/SMEs
- Promote transnational collaboration via peer-review sessions to compare ESG compliance based on analyses of national infographics
- Develop a professional development course following the EU GreenCOMP, DigiCOMP, LifeCOM frameworks, the ESG standards, and the EU Green Deal for vet trainers to acquire knowledge, attitudes, and competencies related to ESG procedures which will be validated via micro-credentials and will include expert-led recorded webinars and digital presentations
