The ESG4VET project aims to empower VET trainers and other professionals in the labour market via a validated upskilling programme to promote sustainable change through the adoption of ESG strategies. It seeks to enhance green skills, promote digital transformation, and foster eco-friendly and inclusive practices within SMEs. By developing tailored tools and resources, the project aspires to cultivate responsible, sustainable behaviours and advocate for social justice in communities

Project aims
- Provide VET trainers with ESG-related competences validated through the Micro-Credentials
- Upgrade c-VET training with new digital tools and resources for systemic ESG compliance
- Promote transnational, national and regional collaboration for the promotion of ESG compliance in SMEs
- Promote digital innovation of c-VET organisations and to set, monitor, assess and report their ESG compliance
- Ensure sustainability of the project through the ESG HUB
