Building the ESG4VET tool kit: from theory to ESG labour market compliance

WP3 Aims:

  • Support VET trainers and other professionals with the develop of an interactive assessment AI-powered tool to support SMEs and other organisations in setting, monitoring and achieving their ESG standards
  • Develop a step-by-step action plan to help SMEs create a profile, specify their needs, assess their ESG compliances, set their targets, matching tools/resources, receive individualised plans and monitor their progress for ESG policies
  • Enhance the role of VET trainers as ESG experts and inform, guide, mentor, support them about the importance and positive impact of implementing ESG policies at the organisation, community, regional and national level through the development of the advocacy material (roadmap to impactful ESG).

  • Promote transnational collaboration through a train-the-trainer mobility for VET trainers, partners and associates to explore, test, finalise all new products products of the ESG4VET
